INTERVARSITY’S 2030 CALLING

Longing for revival, we catalyze movements that call every corner of every campus to follow Jesus.

For over 75 years, InterVarsity has worked to establish witnessing communities on almost 700 campuses. But did you know that of the 2,500 US college campuses (with 1,000+ students), more than half have no known campus ministry presence? God has given InterVarsity the 2030 Calling, to reach all 2,500 campuses by the year 2030. To do this, we will start ministries on new campuses, mobilize millions to pray, and partner with other ministries and churches.

What does this mean for Upstate, NY? It means we are praying and planning for the next decade of planting in our region. It means we are seeking God in prayer for what next steps he is leading us to take. It means we are rallying a team of partners to pray, volunteer and give. We need partners who will pray for the colleges and universities across Upstate, NY, for God to raise up missional leaders - students, faculty and InterVarsity staff - who will plant and grow witnessing communities where there are none. We need volunteers who will join us on campus in the work of planting, organizing and hosting events. We need a team of partners who will help propel mission forward with their financial gifts.
